Solution:
Goto folder       C:\Documents and Settings\your_user_account\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
Create file named Show
[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop
